• Discord username or community identifier if used for support, announcements, or staff communication.

How data is used

• To operate pilot accounts and virtual airline services.
• To maintain pilot rosters, statistics, ranks, and operational records.
• To verify VATSIM activity and callsign usage for audits or partnership applications.

Member consent

By registering for and using EgyptAir VA services, pilots consent to the collection and use of their data for the purposes described in this policy.

Members may request correction or removal of personal data by contacting staff. Some flight and audit records may be retained where required for operational integrity, abuse prevention, or audit readiness.
